How to fill the wood pore?
Covering the pore of the wood of the guitar will be an important and complementary process to varnishing. This will be done with a filler which is diluted with water for its use.
The Nitorlack filler is designed to fill the pore of the wood, especially in woods with open and large pores such as mahogany, ash or rosewood.
With this product we can leave the surface of the guitar smooth for the subsequent application process. In addition, it is also worth mentioning the number of coats of primer that we save, with its respective cost in time and money.
What without this product would mean 4 coats of nitro on an open pore wood, with the pore filler and 1-2 coats of nitro could cover the grain of the wood completely, in half the time.
What uses can we give to the product?
This can be used both to cover and then varnish in a more colorful color, or to cover and stain the wood grain and then only varnish with a finish that allows you to highlight the wood grain.
Therefore, if we choose an eye-catching color such as black, it can also serve as a kind of stain. As an example you can see the tutorial below.
Below we explain how to use it. You can watch these explanatory videos and download the PDF manual.
